The award was handed out at a ceremony at the Guggenheim Museum in Bilbao on 14 October 2019. We are thrilled to bits with this wonderful acknowledgement of our work, and to accept the award KLD directors Róisín Lafferty and Becky Russell jetted off to Bilbao and attend a ceremony at the beautiful Guggenheim Museum on 14 October 2019.

KLD were awarded the accolade for their residential output over the last 10 years including many of their award-winning designs, including Bolton Coach House, Donnybrook Residence, Bushfield Residence, Ballsbridge Residence and Ranelagh Residence.
We are incredibly proud of this achievement and delighted that the hard work of Kingston Lafferty Design is being recognised. We also know we would never have gotten to this stage were it not for the talented, creative and dedicated collaborators we have worked with over the years.
Speaking of the win Creative Director, Róisín Lafferty, surmised:
“It has been an amazing decade for KLD, against all the odds and an major recession we have persevered and now all our hard work is paying off. It is always great to have our work acknowledged and we are humbled the Architecture Master Prize has paid tribute. But at KLD we are always looking forward to the next project and what is ahead and how we can bring the best out each project we undertake”
