Thérapie Clinic in Molesworth Street in Dublin has  been longlisted for the Health and Wellness Interior category of the first ever Dezeen awards!

We were tasked with redesigning an existing Therapie clinic and streamlining and enhancing the brand experience and perception in a competitive market place. With big expansion plans internationally, our design for Therapie needed to define their spatial brand identity and reflect the high-end service and experience that they deliver. It also needed to be of high design integrity to compete and stand strong in the international beauty market.

Set in a beautiful building in historic Dublin, the spaces were too small and claustrophobic with low ceilings, limited natural light and very restrictive in terms of layout. We redesigned the layout and the waiting experience with a light, bright and welcoming reception and retail section, maximising on the corner location by designing a custom display framework to showcase the products.

We designed a timber cladding section to link from reception through to the various therapy and skin rooms. This disguised the doors and helped create a seamless and minimal feel. Custom marble and copper details were used for the reception desk, linking of the spaces and additional retail units. Thérapie are also developing their own product range so incorporating a strong retail element to the design was crucial.

Thérapie are an established Irish beauty brand who are developing their international market. We worked closely with them to create a strong, recognisable interior brand aesthetic that will further cement their product and services in the UK and Europe. The timelessness and unique detailing adds value to their offering and instills trust and a feeling of quality to their clients.

Our design maximised the tight spaces, combining functionality, clinical requirements with high end service and luxury experience. All items are bespoke and designed custom to the Thérapie requirements and spatial identity.

As you can see from the pictures the design is clean and contemporary with elegant notes of copper and marble. Soft greys, marble flooring and copper details combined with large chunky knit blankets to create a serene and luxurious experience for customers.

The Dezeen awards will take place in London on 27 November 2018.
